Busy day with food plans today 😅 & I’ve clients until 8pm.
It can take me up to 2 hours to make someone’s food & mindset folder which I make new for every client based on what they told me during their enquiry call. The folder is usually 30-40 pages long and we’ve a 90minute initial consultation as we work through it together 🙂

It’s both a folder & workbook.
Designed to make it clear why we’ve not been able to lose (or gain) weight before, sabotaging thoughts & getting CLEAR on the goal.
Generally people are very clear & terrified about what they don’t want but never think about what they do want!
As well as all the nutrition need-to-knows that cause significant weight changes, and their personalised food plan.
The client has the folder for keeps and hopefully leafs through it when they need reminders.
