 I know what it’s like to know everything about nutrition but still not be able to lose weight.

Despite being a registered and working dietitian I wasn’t able to sustain good habits with food.

My weight fluctuated in a 3 stone/18kg range due to dieting and overeating.

Dieting without changing my mindset made me 3 stone heavier and gave me a terrible relationship with food, my body and myself.

I’m very passionate about what I do because I know how painful, time consuming and exhausting it is to constantly be thinking about or battling weight issues. There is a lot of conflicting advice out there and it is very difficult to know what is right to do.

My degree in dietetics and my Msc in Nutritional Medicine (which I’m completely) means that during your programme you get up to date, safe, fad free advice, an education on food that will stay with you for your life.

I am qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist, an NLP practitioner and a mind coach. This means I can give you tools and strategies on how to update your thinking around food and weight. Giving you the mind shifts needed to sustain a lower weight long term.

My personal experience overcoming weight issues means I have endless empathy with your situation and no judgement. No matter how overweight you are or how long you’ve been overweight, I see no reason why you can’t move forward and get to your goal.

What worked for me now works with my clients.  

I want to show you a new way to look at your weight gain, your weight loss & your own ability, as well as giving you robust nutritional information. I want you to can achieve the same permanent, sustainable, enjoyable weight loss results that me and my clients have achieved.  Once you have a comprehensive understanding of food, nutrition and how it interacts with your body it will mean the end of seeing foods as “good” or “bad” food and feeling guilty or overly virtuous.
